I am a full time writer who has a background in sales and marketing as well as experience teaching English as a second language. My educational background is in business administration where I have both a bachelors and masters degree.

I have a love for research and for explaining simply and clearly what I have learned to others. The research and writing methods that I used while in college have transferred over into my professional writing in that I am able to do a lot of work in a small amount of time. Turnaround times on articles are fairly quick for the amount of research that goes into the articles.

I have gained a great deal of experience over the past couple years as a ghost writer providing SEO content for my clients. I have a solid understanding of Latent Semantic Indexing and Natural Language Processing and am careful to incorporate that into my writing efforts. Your articles will be both reader friendly and search engine friendly.

All articles will also be exclusive rights to you meaning that you can use them however you wish and can claim full authorship for them.

Topics that I have written about the most:
Weight Loss and Fitness
Internet Marketing
Relationship Advice
Parenting
Self Help
Health Issues (like back problems and tinnitus)
Management
Sports
Gardening
Stop Smoking
Pet Training
Christianity
Volunteering

My other areas of expertise are in American football, fantasy football, hiking, camping, and music (as both a performer and critic) and have done writing in all of these areas. My writing is not limited to these subject matters by any means as I have done writing in several other niches and am open to more opportunities that don’t involve pornography, violence, or gambling.

My rates are as follows (sold in packets of either 10 or 20 articles):
300-500 words: $100 for 10 articles, $190 for 20 articles
500-750 words: $120 for 10 articles, $220 for 20 articles
750-1000 words: $150 for 10 articles, $250 for 20 articles
For long term agreements these rates are negotiable.

A sample 350 word exclusive rights article can be purchased once for $7 if you would like to see if my writing is a fit for your needs.

Quality article rewrites done by me are also available (sold in packets of either 10 or 20 articles):
300-500 words: $50 for 10 article rewrites, $90 for 20 article rewrites
500-750 words: $70 for 10 article rewrites, $120 for 20 article rewrites
750-1000 words: $90 for 10 article rewrites, $150 for 20 article rewrites
A one time sample rewrite can be had for $3 if you would like to preview my work.
For long term agreements these rates are also negotiable.

Turnaround periods for orders of 10 articles is within 3 business days. For orders of 20 is within 5 business days.

Email me about your request or any questions you might have and let me know how I can help you.

If you are sure that you would like to use my service, use the donate button to send a 50% deposit on your order and email me the list of keywords for your order along with any special requests that you may have about the articles. Email that and any questions to raynman.writing@gmail.com.

Again, send me a request and let’s get working.

Having the right keyword density is as important for your articles as knowing how much salt to put in most cooking recipes. If you don’t put enough in, no one will be able to taste (or see) what it is you are trying to do. If you put too much in then it will be spit out (rejected). The trick is knowing how much to put in.

Keyword density is the percentage the keyword or keyword phrase is used compared to the total number of words on a page or in an article. The keyword density will show the search engines how relevant your web page or article is.

The main thing of any article is to get your desired keyword or phrase placed in the article enough for search engine optimization. Keywords are of the utmost importance in getting the search engines to notice your web page. The trick to keyword optimization is to have it in just enough that it gets noticed and helps boost the rankings but not so much that it draws the fury of Google.

There have been many attempts by people to boost their Google ranking that entailed bumping up the keyword density to well over 10% and much further beyond. This made reading the article incredibly difficult and was considered cheating by search engines. Google and other search engines have now found ways to notice when this happens and has taken drastic measures to stop it including the banning and/or de-indexing of websites.

For article writing purposes, you should try to have your keyword density anywhere from 3-7% though some may suggest going a bit higher or lower than that. To find out the keyword density of your article or website, there are several free analyzers available. A simple search on your favorite search engine will have several options for you.

Being able to utilize it correctly may mean the difference between feast or famine. So whenever you are trying to cook up the best article, pay close attention to the keyword density and you will have delicious articles in no time.

Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) is the key to making the most of the Google golden opportunity. Times are changing in Google and unless you have been missing the boat, the days of keyword stuffing has long sailed on. Gone are the days when you could cram your keyword phrase into every nook and cranny of your article and hope to have it rocket through the rankings. Latent Semantic Indexing is the great equalizer.

Google caught on to the, essentially, spamming techniques that many used in placing their keyword or keyword phrase throughout articles and websites used to increase search engine traffic. They were placing the keyword everywhere they could, whether it fit or not. The more often that it was placed, the better the search engine traffic was. The keyword density was many times over 10%. Articles and websites were getting increasingly harder to read as people began abusing the system. Google stepped in and now you can be penalized for practicing keyword stuffing which has made the need for Latent Semantic Indexing incredibly important.

What is Latent Semantic Indexing?
Latent Semantic Indexing is an attempt that Google made to have the search engines rank web pages the same way that humans would. Most humans would rank a page high if the information they were wanting was in depth. Most articles will have not only the keyword used but also words that are related to the keywords. An article about sailboats would most likely have things mentioned in it like boat, sail, sailing, boating, yachts. Google now looks for those related words and judges the web page heavily on that criteria.

Latent Semantic Indexing involves looking at several documents about the same subject and finding words that are used with regularity in them. There are words that come up naturally in any given subject and Google has found a way to find out what those words are. The formula that they use is pretty complex but be sure, Latent Semantic Indexing works.

Marketing companies now find it essential to have a search engine specialist skilled in using Latent Semantic Indexing to get the best search engine optimization possible. Google is a huge wave and anyone not riding it will get knocked over by it. Anyone relying on search engine traffic needs to use Latent Semantic Indexing and enjoy the ride.

I love doing research and writing on various subjects. I love learning and am one of those people who think that the best way to learn about a subject is to write about it.

The goal in my writing is to take in as much quality information as I can in as short amount of time as possible and then explain to the reader what it is that I found out. I always look at writing as an avenue to share what I learned with others. The biggest and most challenging thing, to me, is to try and explain simply the most complicated and hard to understand concepts so that people with little education or grasp of the English language can understand and benefit.

I have always tried to reach out to those who have trouble understanding ideas, whether it was due to a learning disability, lack of education, or because they were trying to learn English and trying to be a member of a society foreign to them. I also find that the most rewarding aspect of what I do.

It is easy to get caught up in a subject and make things more complicated than they really need to be so I fight that tendency as much as possible and consider myself my biggest critic in that regard. My main desire is to share knowledge and give each person a chance and the tools they need to grow. Sometimes the best way to accomplish that is to break it down into easy to swallow bites.

It isn’t important that I get credit for the work that I do. What is important is that knowledge is shared.

In the effort to shed as much weight as possible for your backpacking expeditions while working within a limited budget here is an incredibly efficient way to get your meals cooked.

Materials:
Mint tin (from any convenience or grocery store in the checkout line)
Perlite (from any gardening center)
Aluminum Screen (from your front door or a window)
Methanol (yellow bottle of HEET Gas-Line Anti-freeze and Water Remover available at most gas stations, car part stores and Wal-Marts)
4 2″ screws with nuts (optional)

Take the mint tin (empty, of course) and place it upside down on the screen that you intend to use. Trace the outline and then cut along the line that you traced.

Fill the mint tin with perlite and the screen over it and tuck it under the lip of the tin. When you first do this you may want to turn the tin upside down and sift the smaller pieces out.

The perlite is a small volcanic rock that is many times used in horticulture and gardening. It is usually white and in this case helps in vaporizing the fuel.

There are different types of fuel that you can use but I recommend using Methanol that comes in the YELLOW HEET bottle. The red bottle contains Isopropyl Alcohol and isn’t recommended at all. A couple cap fulls poured into the stove can cook most meals on the trail. For shorter trips you might even be able to get by with a small 4 oz. bottle that eye drops come in.

To use simply pour the methanol into the tin and over the perlite and then light. Make sure that you burn up all the fuel before packing away.

A variation on the design is to puncture four holes along the edge of the tin and the lid and place a screw up through the bottom of the tin and put use the nut to hold it in place. By doing this you have created a pot stand that will hold up most anything that you wish to cook in.

Remember to make sure that you are cooking on a flat surface and use extreme care when cooking with fire, especially in the outdoors.

Well, it’s that time once again. You either made it or you didn’t. It’s playoff time.

Now if you were one of those lucky ones who managed to draft players who not only didn’t get injured but actually lived up to their draft status and you managed to pick up all the right players at the right times then you very likely are finding yourself strong and going into the playoffs. You have to struggle with trying to decide whether or not your team has players that are on teams that will be resting their starters as they have gotten bye weeks into the real playoffs. There’s not much you can do but sit and wait as trade deadlines have come and gone and waiver wires in some leagues are ending while this team that brought you to the dance will be able to take you all the way.

For the rest of us either your season is over or you are finding yourself heading not to the league Superbowl but to the league toilet bowl. The big dance for the worst teams. The fight to find out who is the best of the worst. They call it the consolation playoffs but I have never felt any consolation for winning that because that only means that I have a really ugly draft pick the following year finding myself in the middle of every round.

What has been a problem in many leagues is teams who will purposely lose games once it becomes evident that they will not be entering into the playoffs in efforts to try and get an early draft pick the following year. While it is understandable they should want to do this it harms the overall integrity of the league.

A easy solution to prevent this from happening is to restructure the consolation playoffs to be a competition to win the first pick in the draft. This will keep everyone motivated and will ensure that everyone gives their best effort throughout the season.

It may be too late to get this done for this year but as soon as the season is done and you begin work to get the next season ready for the league bring this up and let the league vote on it. You will be surprised at how agreeable the majority of league participants will be to this idea and how much it it will improve the level of competition.

When one thinks of the works of art done by Vincent Van Gogh they probably think of works such as ‘The Starry Night’, ‘Self-Portrait’, or even ‘Still Life: Vase With Twelve Sunflowers’. He is known for those bright and vivid colors that he used on those later works but in his earlier pieces the tones were darker using browns and other earth tones.

‘The Potato Eaters’ was an early work of art done by Van Gogh as he was trying to build his reputation as an artist. He desired to make the subjects of his work look as natural as possible as opposed to the awkward poses done by most artists throughout history. His efforts to create a work where the subjects of the room were lighted by a single lamp in the middle of the room may have been a bit ambitious for the relatively new artist. It was not received well by the people of his time. He had made arrangements for the painting to be shown in a gallery but that fell through as it did not turn out quite the way he had hoped or as those who would be interested in it desired.

There is, though, an amazing attention to detail paid as you get the feeling that these four women and one man who make up the picture live in this building and this is a regular meal for the people. Each person portrayed is seen as an ordinary person and the event a casual snapshot of their everyday life.

The work is, in fact, far from casual as every minute detail has been carefully planned and several rough drafts done to try and capture what Van Gogh had hoped to. Looking at the picture you see all the things that you would see in a typical persons house that would be overlooked, the small picture on the wall next to the clock that shows that it is 7 o’clock and likely the evening meal after a long days work. The contentment and even happiness in their situation is evident as it appears this meal time is like that of most families even though the food they were to eat was commonly believed to be the food of the poor.

It presents an image that can be seen in most families and groups of friends who share meals together on a regular basis, the familiarity that so many crave for and need. Environment, economic and social status do not seem to matter in these moments that Van Gogh presented us, just the sense of belonging and comfort that times like this bring and what Vincent was able to demonstrate so well.

I hate tragedy. I hate seeing suffering. I hate seeing the worst that it can bring out in people. The misery it shows makes me realize how far away from Heaven we are. But in a way I love these times of trial because in these times, through all the pain and agony and the evilness that comes out of those who seek to take advantage of others weaknesses for their own selfish gain, we see the hands and the heart of Jesus.

We see how wonderful and generous humankind can be. We see people from all walks of life, from all faiths, from all levels of education, from all socio-economic groups, from all lifestyles and lifestyle choices, sinners all, for one brilliant and wonderful moment become the people God desires us to be, servants to the weak and the hurting. People cooperate, putting aside the things that divide them on any other day and become unified in their efforts to take care those affected by such tragic events as 9/11, the tsunami that hit the Indian Ocean in December of last year, and what we are witnessing now, devastation left by Hurricane Katrina.

Though there are many differences between those offering assistance, they are one in their desire to help. Not everyone does the same thing, nor should they. We need people and cooperation’s who are able to provide money to fund the relief and rebuild. We need people to plan and organize the efforts. We desperately need those who can mobilize and be there to offer the assistance in whatever way they can. We need people who can offer medical help, who can serve food, who can help keep things orderly in the lines, who can hand out blankets, who can pick up a crying baby, hold up a father who has just seen their whole world fall apart and is now for the first time in their life unable to provide what their family needs. We need people who will help a grandmother search for her grandchild. We need people who will go into these houses we see with the big black crosses on them to find and remove the bodies of those who did not survive. We need those people whose job it will be to identify those bodies and inform their families about the loss. We need those whose job it is to shovel debris and waste off of the streets and out of the buildings. We need those people who will search for survivors. We need those people with big mouths in Hollywood (as aggravating as they can be) to holler out for help from those who can provide it for those who need it. We need those children offering their milk money to buy Teddy Bears for those kids that have lost their homes. We need prayer warriors. We need people to give of themselves. We need selfless givers. It doesn’t matter how much they can give or how little they can do. It makes a difference.

I was touched this morning to see the help that was being offered by other countries, money that was pledged, and gas that is being released to ease the pressure we all are facing. The one that stuck out, though, was the amount that one country in particular is pledging, the amount of $25,000. Yes, that is right, $25,000. That is one countries contribution. Now you may think, “Well, that figures, after all the help that comes from the US from public and private entities, that one country gives such a small amount. What an insult!” If that pledge had come from some big financial power like Germany or Japan I would unfortunately feel like that. It is coming, though, from Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka, you may recall, was heavily devastated by that Tsunami last year. They were already a very poor country but in the tsunami they lost 41,000 people, not to mention the losses to their economy. They are a very poor nation who can barely take care of its own who know what suffering is all about and are still in the midst if their suffering, dealing with the loss of so many and so much. They know very well what those in New Orleans and Biloxi and the surrounding areas are going through and even though the world would understand if they gave nothing, they gave. By many countries standards it may not be much, but for them, it is everything. It is the widow’s mite. God loves any amount of generosity that we humans here below can show to each other, but gifts from the poorest I have to believe are the most valuable. Other countries may give much more money than Sri Lanka, but no country will give as much as they do.

The same thing is true with those individuals, those churches, who are incapable of giving very much or doing very much at all, who can not make very much of a contribution to the relief effort, but decide that they can’t help but to give. It may not be much in our eyes and it may come without any recognition from those around us, but to God, it is a wonderful fragrance that fills the halls of God’s palace, pleasing the Almighty Father.
Whatever your opinion may be of different people who offer aid, of their politics or religion or even lifestyle, you have to know that when anybody gives of themselves to help those in need, they are doing the will of the Father and they are truly a blessing. Even if they don’t realize that it is God they are serving, it is wonderful and I am thankful for them.
May we ever be truly grateful people. May we ever be a giving people. May we ever be God’s people.
